We cannot audit an account that has never run. If you are pre-launch, say so and we will have a different conversation — a plan rather than an audit, and that one is also free.
Between eight and fifteen pages, depending on the account. Written to be understood by whoever runs your marketing, not to impress another media buyer.
Search terms you are paying for and would never choose. Placements and audiences delivering spend and no outcomes. Products absorbing budget at a loss. Geographies outside where you can actually serve. Quantified, so you can see what each one costs per month.
The part most audits skip. Are conversions being double-counted? Is the Conversions API deduplicating properly, and what is the event match quality? Is your consent banner cutting off event volume? Is purchase value being sent in the right currency? If your reporting is wrong, everything downstream is decoration.
Fragmentation holding the account permanently in learning, brand traffic flattering your acquisition numbers, Performance Max absorbing demand you already had, ad sets competing against each other. With what we would change and in what order.
How many genuinely distinct concepts are running, how long they have been running, where fatigue has already set in, and whether your production rate can sustain your spend level. This is frequently the uncomfortable part.
Not forty recommendations. Three, in order, with the reasoning. If you want to hand the document to your current agency or do it yourself, it is written so you can.
Free audits have a bad reputation, mostly deserved. Here is the honest version of why we do it.
No tool generates this. A senior buyer opens your account and reads it. That is why it takes two working days rather than two minutes, and why there is a limit to how many we do in a month.
There is no slide about our values and no case study carousel. If your account is in good shape, the audit will say that, and we will tell you there is not much for us to add. That has happened and we would rather it happen than talk someone into a retainer.
Because it is the most efficient sales process we have found. Reading a real analysis of your own account tells you more about whether we are competent than any call could. It also filters out the accounts we cannot help, which saves everyone a month. You get one email with the document, and one follow-up. No sequence, no calls you did not ask for.
We are not assuming the answer is a retainer.
The document is specific enough to act on. Plenty of in-house teams take it and implement it, and some of them come back a year later when they have grown past the capacity to do it themselves.
Entirely reasonable, and we would rather you did that than switch on a whim. If they act on it, you got a free improvement. If they get defensive about it, that tells you something more useful than the audit did.
Then we quote, based on what the audit revealed rather than on a guess. Month to month, flat fee, no percentage of spend.
Tell us what is running and what is bothering you about it. We will come back within two working days with the written audit.
Yes. No card, no trial, no strings. You get the document and one follow-up email. If you do not reply, we do not chase you.
Read-only partner access to Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is enough. Analytics helps. We never need a password — you add us as a partner and remove us afterwards in two clicks.
Two working days in normal weeks. If we are at capacity we will tell you a date rather than quietly take longer.
Send it anyway. The audit is free regardless, and if you are below the spend level where we would be useful, the document will tell you what to fix before you hire anyone at all.
That is the point of it. If your creative is the problem, or your landing page, or your follow-up process, we will say so even though none of those are things you would be paying us for.
No. We send the document by email. If you want to talk it through we will book a call, and if you do not, that is fine.
Two working days, one written document, no obligation to do anything with it.
