This is a spend floor, not our fee. Below it, an ad account cannot generate enough conversion data to optimise against and any retainer takes an unreasonable share of the total. If you are under it we will tell you on the first call and suggest what to do instead of taking your money.
What you pay depends on which of these you need. Most clients are on the first; agencies are usually on the third.
We run the accounts, you approve the direction. A flat monthly fee set by how much spend is under management and how many channels are running — because those two things determine the work, and nothing else does. Everything in the scope below is included. Month to month.
A named senior buyer working inside your team, your Slack and your standup. A flat monthly fee for the person, independent of how much they spend. This suits teams that already have strategy and creative and need execution. Details on the dedicated buyer page.
For agencies. A fixed monthly fee per client account, invoiced to you, with your brand on everything that reaches your client. You set your own price to them and keep the spread. No minimum number of accounts.
The most common reason agency relationships sour is a scope nobody wrote down. Here is ours, before you ask for it.
Account audit and rebuild, campaign structure and build, daily management and monitoring, bidding and budget pacing, audience and keyword work, product feed setup and optimisation, pixel and Conversions API implementation, conversion tracking and CRM conversion imports, ad copywriting, creative direction and a testing roadmap, disapproval handling and appeals, a weekly written report with the decisions in it, and a monthly call.
Video and photo production, design beyond simple static adaptation, landing page build and development, influencer and creator fees, email and SMS marketing, organic social management, and any third-party software licences such as call tracking or a consent platform. Any of these can be scoped, and we would rather quote them separately than bury them and under-deliver.
No setup fee. No onboarding fee. No percentage of ad spend. No charge for an extra report or an extra call. No exit fee, and no charge to hand your accounts back — you already own them.
Publishing a price list would be easier for both of us, and it would be wrong often enough to matter.
Two businesses at identical spend can need entirely different amounts of work. One has clean tracking, a working feed and a creative team; the other needs the tracking rebuilt before anything can be optimised. Quoting before seeing that means either padding the price or discovering the gap later and resenting it.
Up: more channels, several markets or languages, a feed with thousands of SKUs, a CRM integration for offline conversions, or a regulated category needing compliance review on every asset. Down: a single channel, a single market, clean existing tracking, and a client team that can produce its own creative.
We will not quote a low first-quarter fee and raise it once you are dependent. We will not promise a ROAS or a cost per lead to close a deal — anyone doing that before seeing your margins is guessing and building an excuse in advance. And if the audit says paid media cannot work for you yet, we will tell you and not send a quote at all.
The commercial terms are deliberately boring and deliberately easy to leave.
Thirty days’ notice, any time, no penalty. Long contracts exist to protect agencies from the consequences of bad work. If we are worth keeping you will keep us, and if we are not, a twelve-month term only delays your decision and wastes your budget in the meantime.
Invoiced in dollars, pounds, dirhams, Australian dollars or rupees. The figure in your contract is in your currency and does not move with the exchange rate. The rupee prices shown across this site are converted for guidance using your location; the quote you receive is the real number.
Ad accounts, pixels and datasets, feeds, audiences, conversion tracking, creative files and reporting templates are all in your name. We hold partner access and you can revoke it in two clicks, without asking us. There is no offboarding fee because there is nothing to hand over.
The audit is free and yours to keep whether or not you take the quote. If we think paid media is wrong for you right now, you will get that answer instead of a price.
Because the honest number depends on work we cannot see until we look at the account. A published figure would be too high for simple accounts and too low for complicated ones, and we would end up padding or resenting. The audit is free and the quote follows it.
Because it pays us to spend more of your money. When the right advice is to cut budget on a channel that has stopped working, a percentage model makes that advice expensive for us to give. A flat fee removes the conflict entirely.
No. The first month includes the audit, the tracking work and the rebuild, at the same monthly fee as every other month.
One month. Thirty days' notice after that, at any point, with no penalty and no exit fee.
No. Performance-only arrangements sound attractive and they distort behaviour — they push an agency toward short-term tactics and toward claiming credit for demand you already had. We charge a fee for work and report honestly on results.
Yours. USD, GBP, AED, AUD, CAD, EUR or INR. The contract figure is fixed in that currency.
Nothing. They are already in your name. You remove our access and everything — history, audiences, creative, tracking — stays exactly where it is.
In that order. You will know what is wrong with the account before you know what we cost.
