The role

What you will do.

Design static and carousel ads in every Meta placement size: feed, Stories and Reels
Edit short video ads and UGC-style ads where the first three seconds earn the next ten
Make several variations of each winning idea: new hooks, new openings, new formats
Work with the media buyers who run the ads, read the results with them, and turn the data into the next round of concepts
Keep a tidy creative library with names that match the ad accounts, so every test can be traced

About you

What we look for.

A portfolio of ads you made for Facebook and Instagram. Real ads beat polished mock-ups
Confident in Figma or Photoshop, and in a video editor such as Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut
You know what a hook is, why ads fatigue, and how hook rate and thumb-stop differ from a nice design
You can take feedback based on numbers without taking it personally
Written English good enough to work with clients in the US, UK and Australia

Good to have

Experience with UGC creators: briefing them, editing their raw footage, adding captions
Motion design for ad openings
Familiarity with the Meta Ad Library and how competitors in a category advertise
