Dedicated buyer

A senior media buyer in your Slack by next week.

Not an agency layer with an account manager in front of it. One named person who joins your standup, owns your ad accounts, and is accountable to your head of growth — on a monthly fee, with no recruitment cycle and no notice period to wait out.

Who this is for

Teams that need a buyer, not an agency.

You already have strategy, design and a marketing lead. What is missing is the person who lives in the ad accounts every day. Hiring that person takes three months and a six-figure package, and the market for them is brutal.

You have in-house marketing and a gap in paid
You want someone accountable inside your team, not a vendor
Your buyer just resigned and the accounts are drifting
You are not ready to commit to a full-time hire
What you actually get

One person, named, yours.

The word "dedicated" gets used loosely. Here is what it means in this arrangement, and what it does not.

A named buyer with a face and a calendar

You are introduced to a specific person before you commit, not to an account management layer who will later allocate you to whoever is free. They join your Slack or Teams, attend your weekly growth meeting, and answer to your marketing lead the way an employee would.

Not exclusive, and we will not claim otherwise

A dedicated buyer works on a small number of accounts, not on yours alone. Anyone selling you a genuinely full-time offshore employee at a monthly retainer is either overcharging or lying about the exclusivity. What we commit to is a named person, a capped account load, and defined hours inside your working day.

Backed, so they can take a holiday

A single contractor disappears when they get ill or take leave. Your buyer sits in a team with a second person read into the account and the same decision log in front of them. Cover is a handover note, not a crisis.

Escalation to seniors when it matters

Account structure decisions, a ban appeal, a tracking rebuild or a scale-up plan get a second senior pair of eyes at no extra fee. You are buying a person with a team behind them, which is the part a freelance hire cannot give you.

The comparison

Against hiring, against a freelancer, against an agency.

Each of these is the right answer in some situation. Here is honestly when each one is.

Versus hiring in-house

A full-time senior buyer in the US, UK or Australia is a large salary, a long search, and a risk if the fit is wrong. This is faster and reversible. The honest counterargument: a real employee absorbs your product and market in a way an outside buyer takes longer to. If you have the time and the budget and paid media is your core channel forever, hire. If you need someone competent in the account this month, do this.

Versus a freelancer

A good freelancer is cheaper and often excellent. The failure modes are availability, single-point-of-failure risk, and the quiet drift that happens when nobody senior is reviewing their work. If you have found a strong one and they are responsive, keep them. Call us when the account has outgrown one pair of hands.

Versus a full agency retainer

An agency gives you strategy, creative production and channel breadth, with an account manager between you and the person doing the work. If you already have strategy and creative, you are paying for a layer you do not need. This arrangement strips it out.

Starting

About a week from yes to in the account.

There is no recruitment cycle here, but there is an onboarding one, and skipping it is how these arrangements fail.

Days one to three: meet and match

A call to understand the account, the team and the gap. We put forward the buyer we think fits, you meet them, and you say yes or ask for someone else. No fee until you have met the person.

Week one: read before touching

Access, a full audit, tracking verified end to end, and a written 30-60-90 plan. Your buyer will not restructure a live account in their first three days. What gets fixed immediately is anything actively losing money or breaking tracking.

Ongoing: your rhythm, not ours

Daily presence in the account, your standup, your weekly meeting, your reporting cadence. Month to month throughout — if the person is not right, you say so and we change them, and if the arrangement is not right you stop at the end of a month.

Straight answers.

Is the buyer full-time on my account?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who says yes at a retainer price. Your buyer carries a small, capped number of accounts. What is guaranteed is the named person, defined hours inside your working day, and daily presence in your account.

Can I interview them first?

Yes. You meet the buyer before anything is signed, and you can say no. There is no fee until you have met the person and agreed the fit.

What if I do not get on with them?

You tell us and we change them, without it being a negotiation. The handover is clean because the account's decision history is documented rather than living in one head.

What hours do they work?

Set to your market. Buyers on US accounts work an afternoon-to-late-evening India shift to cover the US morning. UK, UAE and Australian accounts are covered inside a normal India working day.

Do they work inside our tools?

Yes — your Slack or Teams, your project tool, your reporting stack, your naming conventions. We fit your systems rather than exporting you into ours.

How is this priced?

A flat monthly fee for the buyer, month to month, invoiced in your currency. Not a percentage of ad spend, and not per account.

Can they manage a channel we run that you have not mentioned?

Ask. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we run well or something we would be learning on your budget. The second answer is a no from us, not a yes with a caveat.

Meet the buyer first.

No fee, no commitment, until you have spoken to the person who would actually be in your account.
