United Kingdom

A London-hours media buying team that is not priced like one.

India is four and a half hours ahead of London, which means we share almost your entire working day. Eight years, $10M+ of managed spend, invoiced in pounds, and an account built with the CAP Code in mind rather than apologised for after the ASA calls.

Before you enquire

We are a good fit once the account has enough spend to learn from.

Below that an account cannot gather enough conversion data to learn from, and a retainer takes too large a share of the total. If that is where you are, we will say so on the first call and suggest what to do instead.

The practical bit

Four and a half hours, and most of them are yours.

The UK is the easiest Tier-1 market to serve from India, and the reason is arithmetic. When it is 2pm in Noida it is 9:30am in London. Our afternoon is your morning and our evening is your afternoon.

A normal working relationship

You can book a 10am call, get a reply to a Slack message at 3pm, and have a change made the same afternoon. There is no overnight lag on anything and no "we will pick it up tomorrow". For most UK clients this is the entire reason India works and other offshore options do not.

Mornings are ours, so the account is already read

By the time you open your laptop, yesterday’s numbers have been looked at, disapprovals have been appealed and anything anomalous is already in a message waiting for you. You start the day with a read, not a dashboard.

Monday to Friday, UK bank holidays noted

We work your calendar, not ours. Indian festival dates do not silently take your account offline, and UK bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown are planned for in the budget pacing rather than discovered.

Where UK accounts get into trouble

The CAP Code is not a formality.

UK advertising is self-regulated but the regulation has teeth, and the rules bite hardest in exactly the categories that spend the most on performance: finance, health, and anything with a price comparison in it.

The ASA and the CAP Code

Non-broadcast advertising in the UK sits under the CAP Code and is policed by the ASA. Claims must be substantiated before they run, not after a complaint. "Up to" figures, best-price claims, before-and-afters and testimonials all have specific requirements. Rulings are published with your brand name on them, and the ASA works with the platforms to have offending ads taken down — which in practice means your winning ad disappears mid-flight.

Financial promotions

If you are promoting an investment, a credit product or crypto to UK consumers, the promotion has to be issued or approved by an FCA-authorised firm. This is a statutory requirement, not a platform policy, and Meta and Google both ask for the authorisation before they let the ads run. If you are a fintech without this sorted, no amount of media buying skill matters and we will tell you that first.

UK GDPR, PECR and the consent banner

Cookies and similar tracking need consent under PECR, and your consent management platform has to be wired to Google Consent Mode and to Meta’s consent signal. Most of the "my conversions dropped and nothing changed" accounts we audit turn out to have a banner that was updated without anyone telling the marketing team.

Pricing and reviews

Consumer protection law now treats drip pricing and fake or incentivised reviews as enforceable matters rather than best practice. If your landing page reveals mandatory fees late, or your review widget is not what it looks like, that is a conversion rate problem and a legal one at once.

Contracting

Invoiced in pounds, with the paperwork your finance team expects.

None of this is exotic. UK businesses buy services from overseas suppliers every day.

GBP invoices, fixed fee

Your contract is a pound figure and it does not move with the exchange rate. The rupee prices on this site are converted for guidance only. Payment by bank transfer or Wise.

VAT on services from overseas

A UK business buying services from a supplier outside the UK normally accounts for the VAT itself under the reverse charge, so our invoice does not carry UK VAT. Your accountant will know exactly how to treat it; we supply a clean invoice and the details they need.

You own the accounts

Ad accounts, pixel, datasets, Google Ads account, audiences and creative files stay in your name from day one. We are added as a partner and removed the day you ask, with no export fee and no hostage negotiation.

Straight answers.

Where are you actually based?

Noida, in Delhi NCR, India. One team, one office, no delivery partners. We tell UK prospects this in the first sentence because finding out later is what breaks trust.

Will the time difference be a problem?

Less than with almost any other offshore option. India is four and a half hours ahead of the UK, so our working day covers roughly 9:30am to 5:30pm London. Same-day is normal, not exceptional.

Do you know the CAP Code?

We build to it, and we will push back on a claim we think will not survive a complaint. We are not your compliance function — for regulated categories, particularly finance and health, your own compliance sign-off still has to happen before anything goes live.

Can you work with our in-house team rather than replacing it?

That is most of our UK work. Usually there is a marketing manager who owns strategy and brand and needs the paid channels run properly underneath them. We take the account execution, they keep the direction.

How do you charge, and in what currency?

A monthly retainer in pounds, month to month, no lock-in. The fee depends on spend level and channel count. We never charge a percentage of ad spend.

What happens if it is not working?

You get told at week four, not month six. If after a fair test the channel cannot hit a cost per acquisition your margins support, we say so and tell you what we would do instead — including spending the money somewhere that is not us.
