United States

A senior media buying team for your US account, at Indian cost.

We are in Noida, India, and we say so on the first call. What you get is eight years and $10M+ of managed spend on your Meta and Google accounts, a buyer who overlaps your working morning, and an invoice in dollars — without a US agency’s overhead priced into it.

Before you enquire

We are a good fit once the account has enough spend to learn from.

That is the floor where an account generates enough conversion data to learn from. Below it, the retainer eats the budget and the algorithm never leaves the learning phase. If you are under that, we will say so on the first call and tell you what to fix instead of taking the money.

The obvious objection

The time difference, answered honestly.

This is the first thing every US prospect asks, so here is the arithmetic rather than a reassurance. India is nine and a half hours ahead of US Eastern and twelve and a half ahead of Pacific. That is not a small gap and pretending otherwise wastes your time.

We move our day, not yours

Our buyers working on US accounts start at 2pm India time and run to 11pm. That is a clean 9am to 1pm overlap with New York and 7am to 10am with California. Standups, escalations and live calls all sit inside your morning. You never schedule a 6am call to speak to us.

Overnight is a feature once you use it

Your account is being watched while the US sleeps. A spend anomaly at 3am Eastern, a disapproval, a feed error, a landing page going down — these get caught and either fixed or flagged before your team is at a desk. Most US agencies find them at 10am with eight hours of wasted spend behind them.

Written first, meetings second

Because we cannot lean over a desk, everything goes in writing: what changed, why, what we expect it to do, and when we will judge it. You get a decision log, not a status meeting. Clients who have worked with local agencies usually say this is the part they did not expect to prefer.

What actually trips US accounts up

The US platform rules that cost people money.

Most of the damage we see in US accounts is not bad creative. It is a rule nobody read, applied after the fact, that wipes out a month of learning.

Special Ad Categories

If you advertise housing, employment, credit, or social and political issues, Meta strips most of your targeting. No age or gender selection, no detailed interest targeting in the usual sense, and location targeting forced to a wide radius rather than a ZIP code. Real estate, recruitment, lending and insurance accounts get built completely differently because of it — and if you declare the category late, Meta resets your learning.

Advertiser verification and Local Services Ads

Google requires advertiser identity verification, and it will pause an unverified account. If you are a home services business, Google Local Services Ads sit above the search ads and need licence and background checks before you can run them at all. That verification work is slow, so it belongs at the start of an engagement, not in month three when someone notices the competitor above you.

State privacy law and consent signals

California, and a growing list of other states, give people the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and California requires you to honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal. In practice this means your consent banner, your pixel and your Conversions API have to agree with each other. When they do not, you get under-reported conversions and a compliance exposure at the same time.

Consent language on lead forms

If leads are going to be called or texted, the consent wording sitting next to your submit button matters, and the rules here move. We build the form so the disclosure is visible and logged with the lead, and we tell you to have your own counsel approve the wording. We are media buyers, not your lawyers, and an agency that tells you otherwise is a risk.

Contracting and payment

Paying a vendor in India is a solved problem.

Finance teams ask about this before marketing does. None of it is unusual and none of it should slow a start date.

Invoiced in dollars

You are invoiced in USD and you pay in USD. We handle the currency on our side. Wire, ACH and Wise all work. Our rupee rates are converted on this site for guidance only — the figure in your contract is a dollar figure and it does not move with the exchange rate.

The tax paperwork you will be asked for

As a non-US vendor we provide a completed W-8BEN-E so your accounts payable team can file it. Services are performed in India, and how that is treated on your return is a question for your own CPA — we supply the form, not the advice.

You own everything, always

Ad accounts, pixel, datasets, audiences, creative files and the Google Ads account stay in your name. We work as a partner on your Business Manager, and access is revoked the day you ask. An agency that holds the account is holding you hostage, and the offboarding fight is how they keep clients.

Straight answers.

Why would a US brand hire an agency in India?

Cost and seniority. A US agency at our fee level gives you a junior buyer sharing you with nine other accounts. At the same fee we put a senior buyer on it, because our cost base is Indian and yours is not. That is the whole arbitrage, and we would rather state it plainly than dress it up as a global delivery model.

Do you have a US office or US staff?

No. We are one team in Noida, India. Everyone who touches your account is in that room. Agencies that front a US salesperson and quietly deliver from overseas are doing the same thing we do, with a markup for the pretence.

What hours will I actually be able to reach you?

Our US-account buyers work 2pm to 11pm India time, which is 9am to 1pm Eastern and 7am to 10am Pacific. Slack or WhatsApp during that window gets a same-hour reply. Outside it you get a reply the next working morning, and anything genuinely on fire has an escalation route that reaches someone the same day.

Do you understand the US market or just the platforms?

Both. We know the platforms and the US rule surface in detail — special ad categories, advertiser verification, state privacy signals, feed and shopping mechanics. On positioning and cultural reference we work with your team rather than around it: you know your buyer, we know what the auction rewards. That combination produces sharper creative than either side writes alone, and you can judge it on the audit before committing to anything.

How do you charge?

A monthly retainer, month to month, no lock-in, invoiced in dollars. The fee depends on spend level and how many channels are running. We never take a percentage of ad spend — it pays us to spend more of your money, which is exactly the wrong incentive.

Do you guarantee a ROAS or a cost per lead?

No. Anyone quoting you a number before seeing your margins, your offer and your historical data is guessing and building themselves an excuse. What we commit to is the work, a weekly report with decisions in it, and telling you early if this is not going to work.

Start with the audit.

If paid media is not the right spend for you right now, the audit will show that too — and we will say so.
