Web studios, SEO agencies, brand and PR shops, CRM consultants, Shopify partners and independent consultants. The pattern is always the same: a client you already serve asks who runs their ads, and right now the honest answer costs you the relationship or costs you a hire.
These are genuinely different businesses for you, with different economics and different amounts of work. Most partners start with referral and move some accounts to white label once they trust the delivery.
You introduce the client, we contract with them directly, and you take a commission on what they pay us for as long as they stay. You do no delivery work and carry no risk. You are copied on reporting if the client is happy for you to be, so you always know how the relationship you introduced is going. The commission rate and duration are agreed in writing before the first introduction — never a vague promise to look after you.
You contract with the client, you set the price, we deliver behind your brand and invoice you a fixed per-account fee. The spread is yours. More upside, and more responsibility, because the client is yours to manage. Full detail on the white label page.
There is no rule saying you must pick one. Plenty of partners white label their retainer clients, where the margin justifies the account management, and refer the one-off or smaller ones, where it does not.
We would rather write this down than discover a disagreement when there is money on the table.
Signed before we look at an account. We will not approach your clients during the relationship or after it. Where you name clients as sensitive, we will commit in writing not to take on a direct competitor.
There is nothing to buy and no tier to reach. You are not required to send us a certain volume, and you are free to work with other delivery partners. A partnership that needs a lock-in to survive is not a partnership.
A referred client is logged when you introduce them, so there is no argument six months later about who brought whom. If a client you introduced comes back to us independently after a gap, that is still your introduction.
If a client you send us cannot make paid media work — the budget is too thin, the margins do not support it, the offer is not ready — we will tell you and tell them, and take no money. That costs you a commission in the short term and protects your relationship, which is worth more.
We are wary of partnerships that begin with a signing ceremony and end with nothing happening. The useful first step is small.
Pick an account you already understand well. We audit it free and send you the written findings. You will learn more about whether we are worth partnering with from that document than from any call.
Once you have read the audit, we agree referral or white label, the commission or the per-account fee, and sign the mutual NDA. This is a short document, not a forty-page master services agreement.
One account, one month, month to month afterwards. If it works, you send more. If it does not, you have lost a month and no lock-in.
What you sell, what your clients keep asking for, and roughly how many accounts might be involved. We will come back with which model fits and what it would look like.
Four pieces cover it: how white-label PPC works, how it is priced, white-label SEO and reporting under your own name. The service page is white-label PPC.
It is agreed in writing before your first introduction, and it depends on whether you stay involved in the relationship or hand it over completely. We would rather set that with you on a call than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for your situation.
No. Referred clients are logged at introduction, and the non-solicit runs both ways. It is also bad business: partners talk to each other, and one poached client would cost us the network.
Neither. No fee, no minimum, no exclusivity, no tier system.
Yes. That is what most established partners end up doing.
On a referral, we are visible and contracted to them directly, so there is nothing to manage. On white label, you tell them whatever you are comfortable with and we match it — we will never contradict you and we will never contact them.
Most of our partners are outside India — US, UK, UAE and Australia. Shift patterns are set per market so your accounts are covered inside your working day.
Read the audit, then decide whether there is a partnership here. That order works better for both of us.
